SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Clients register via form and complete a survey for Noru Devotion to understand actual expectations.

Interview
The person in charge conducts an interview to confirm the schedule, explain the tour operation process, and finalize the contract content.

Contract Signing & List Preparation
The contract is valid for 1 year; the client pays the base fee within 15 days.

Logistical preparations
Customers are responsible for booking their own flights and hotels. Noru Devotion will send the itinerary for confirmation (at least one month in advance, or one week if it’s urgent).

Business Tour Execution
Pick up guests at the hotel. Noru Devotion staff will be on hand to assist with coordination, negotiations, and interpretation.

Post-audit & In-depth Consulting
Submit a summary report. Provide guidance on building long-term relationships with partners and negotiate expanded services should M&A or acquisition opportunities arise.
