Studied and worked in Japan for 10 years.

  • Successfully built a company from scratch with an annual revenue of approximately 100 million Yen.
  • 2018: Founded Do Nhan Center with a total of approximately 800 students.
  • Possesses 4 years of management experience in an educational company and 4 years in an IT system development company across Japan and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • 2020: Secured $1 million in FDI from Japan to Vietnam for the Smart City - Innovation Rising project.
  • 2021: Received the 2021 Star Award for the most outstanding project.
  • Won FIRST PRIZE in the Vietnam Youth Initiative Competition.
  • Negotiation skills with venture capital investors.
  • Managed a database of OVER 1 MILLION CUSTOMERS.
  • 2026: Established Noru Devotion Co., Ltd. with a commitment to bringing Vietnamese values to the global stage. Mr. Nguyen The Hoang, with his deep market insights and strategic network, built the company on the principle of 'Know your style.
