General Introduction:

Responsible for recruitment & personnel planning for the company and Japanese – Vietnamese clients.

Job Description:

  • - Develop medium & long-term recruitment strategies for the company and its partners.
  • - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • - Provide HR solutions and consulting for corporate clients (especially Japanese companies in Vietnam).
  • - Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Legal) to ensure candidate quality and HR efficiency.
  • - Manage the internal recruitment team, evaluate performance, and allocate KPIs.
  • - Participate in training, internal culture communication, and employee engagement activities.
  • - Report recruitment results & propose process improvements to the Board of Directors.

Career Path:

  • - Progress to Senior Human Resources Director or Director of HR Solution Center for Japanese – Vietnamese partners.

Requirements:

  • - 2–3 years of experience in a Recruitment Manager or HR Manager position.
  • - Preference for candidates with experience in Japanese companies or providing HR support for Japanese enterprises in Vietnam.
  • - Ability to build strategies, analyze manpower needs, and plan recruitment effectively.
  • - Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strategic thinking.
  • - Proficiency in Japanese or English is preferred to work directly with partners.
  • - Proactive, growth-oriented, and flexible in problem-solving.

Salary and Benefits:

  • - Base Salary: 18 – 30 million VND/month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
